The Family Project: How God’s Design Reveals His Best For You
by Glenn T. Stanton, Leon C. Wirth
Strong voices in our culture are declaring that the story of the family is nearly over. Notions like lifelong wedding vows,
marriage between one man and one woman, and the blessings of having children are being ridiculed, even silenced. So are
beliefs that male and female are different and necessary to one another, and that families are the building blocks of society.
Take heart! The story of the family isn’t over yet. It continues on within a narrative that began before the
universe was formed. It’s part of our Creator’s story, an amazing but true tale that explains where family came
from, what it is and does, where it’s going, and why it matters.
In this carefully researched companion to
Focus on the Family’s DVD series The Family Project, you’ll rediscover that story. You’ll find scientific,
biblical, and historical proof that the Inventor of families knew what He was doing, and discover how the family plays an
irreplaceable role in the survival and success of every person, culture, and home – including yours. Best of all,
you’ll gain a deeper understanding of God and of yourself, a person made in His image.
